Gordon Joseph "Mickey" Hogan

HOGAN, Gordon Joseph "Mickey Hogan" - Age 81, of Fenton, passed away Tuesday, July 30, 2024. Cremation has taken place and services will be announced at a later date. Those desiring may make contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. 

Gordon was born May 28, 1943 in Chicago, IL, the son of Gordon and Rose Marie (Muhlberger) Hogan. He married Carol Lynne Daley August 5, 1977 in Redford Township. He had resided in Fenton since 1994 coming from Waterford. Gordon retired in 1993 as a Public Safety Officer for the Village of Beverly Hills. He enjoyed shooting (Marksmen), fishing, hunting, playing chess (He was a chess champion in Chicago as a youth). 

Surviving are: his wife, Carol Lynne; children, Brett Lopucki of Fenton, Ashley (Brian) O'Neal of Levering, Kimberee (Tony) Karan of Florida and Ryan Hogan of Flint; 13 grandchildren, Ben Lopucki, Bryce Lopucki, Brock Lopucki, Andrew O'Neal, Michael O'Neal, Elizabeth O'Neal, Caroline O'Neal, Blake O'Neal, TJ Karan, Micale Karan, Coby Karan, Caden Hogan, and Autumn Hogan; and several nieces and nephews. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Gordon and Rose Marie Hogan; brothers, Clarence and Quinn Hogan; and sister, Phyllis Kitson. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
