Gordon Russell Dice

DICE, Gordon Russell  Age 54, of the Gaines area, died Wednesday, February 8, 2006 at Howell Care Center. Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M. Monday, February 13, 2006 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek with Rev. Kenneth Holmes officiating. Services will conclude at the funeral home. Visitation will be held Sunday from 1 to 4 and 6 to 8 P.M. at the funeral home. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to The Lindenwood Church of the Nazarene or to the Howell Care Center Activity Department. Gordon was born May 13, 1951 in Flint, the son of Lester O. and Ruth Emily (Peelman) Dice. He attended the Flint Learning Center and the Wesleyan Churches of Flint and Gaines. Surviving are: mother, Ruth Emily Dice of Gaines; two sisters, Beverly J. (Rodger) Hooker of Owosso, Janet L. (John) Giem of Merrill, MI; two nephews, Rodger (Renee) Hooker, Jr. of Flint, Eric (Leah) Hooker of Burton; niece, Denyse Hooker of Okemos;  2 great nieces, Kaylee and Hannah.
