Gordon Benmark

BENMARK, Gordon Gene - Age 89, of Grand Blanc, died December 2, 2017. Private graveside services will be held. Those desiring may make contributions to Adopt-A-Pet, Fenton. Gordon was born May 28, 1928 in Gladwin, the son of Howard and Beatrice (Bowers) Benmark and was a 1947 graduate of Flint Central High School. Gordon married Helen Virginia Smith on March 4, 1950; she preceded him in death on October 6, 2016. He retired from General Motors in 1986 after 28 years of service. Surviving are: son, Michael and wife Janet Benmark of Fenton; grandson, Tyler Benmark of San Francisco, CA; brothers, Manley Benmark of Florida and Keith Benmark of Clare.
