Gloria Harding

HARDING, Gloria M. - Age 97, of Flint Twp., formerly of Lennon, passed away March 17, 2023. Funeral services will be held 1PM Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Visitation will be held from 12PM until the time of service. Burial in Greenwood Cemetery, Vernon. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Gloria was born August 29, 1925 in Lennon, the daughter of William and Dorothy (Nelson) Reimel. She was a graduate of Durand High School/ She married Phillip C. Harding on September 9, 1950; he preceded her in death on March 10, 1992. Gloria loved her flower gardens and traveling. She adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is survived by her daughters, Lynn M. Harding and Laurie (Tim) Root; grandchildren, Kathryn Wells, Brett (Jamie) Hausfelder and Eric (Stacy) Hausfelder; great-grandchildren, Olivia, Eleanor and Beau; sister, Peggy Abrams. She was preceded in death by her father, William Reimel; mother, Dorothy Behnke; brothers, Wilbur Reimel, Nelson Reimel, Jerry Reimel; sister, Eileen Hawley.
