Gloria Althea BIGGS

BIGGS, Gloria Althea - age 82, of Flint, died Wednesday, October 12, 2011 at her residence. Services will be held 11 AM Saturday, October 15, 2011 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint with Rev. John Lewis officiating. Interment will follow at Montrose Township Cemetery, Visitation will be held 5-8 PM Friday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to McLaren Hospice. Mrs. Biggs was born February 26, 1929 in Arlington, MA, the daughter of Joseph and Sarah (Foster) Faga. She married David Biggs on September 25, 1965. Mrs. Biggs was a member of Davison Faith Baptist Church and loved her family and dog. Surviving are: husband David; daughter, Sarah Biggs and husband, Douglas Hamel of Grosse Point Park; two grandchildren, Kurt and Addy Hamel; sister, Betty Casazza and husband, Edward of Tewksbury, MA; 12 nieces and nephews.
