Glenn Shock

SHOCK, Glenn Dale - Age 85, of Linden, passed away Friday, October 28, 2022.  Per Glenn's request cremation has taken place and no services will be held.

Glenn was born March 30, 1937 in Flint, the son of Bernard Milton and Alice Marie (Nielson) Shock.  He was a 1955 graduate of Kearsley High School.  He married Janet Mary Middleton March 23, 1957 in Flint, and she preceded him in death October 3, 2004.  Glenn had resided in Linden since 1971, coming from Flint.  He retired in 1991 from the City of Flint as the Street Maintenance and Construction Supervisor.  He was a member of Masonic Fellowship Lodge #490, Elf Khurafeh Shrine, Bay City Scottish Rite, Flint Military Patrol, and Davison Shrine Club.  He loved life, family and golf.

Surviving are: his son, Christopher (Donna) Shock of Ewa Beach, HI; grandson, Jonathan Shock of Davis, CA; and granddaughter, Tiffany Shock (Marcus Heaver) of Eagle River, AK.

He was also preceded in death by his parents; son, Stephen Ray Shock; and 6 siblings.  Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
