Glenda F. DOLE

DOLE, Glenda F. 67 of Fenton, passed away Saturday, December 26, 2009 at home. Funeral Services will be 1 PM Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Sunday from 7-9 PM, Monday from 2-5 and 7-9 PM, and Tuesday from 12 PM until time of service. Mrs. Dole was born June 8, 1942 in Detroit, the daughter of Earl and Nellie (Moore) Bromley. Raised in Detroit, she lived in Howell and Hartland before coming to the Fenton/Linden area. She married James H. Dole on June 18, 1966 in Detroit. She worked as a secretary at St. Joseph/McPherson Hospital. She is survived by her husband; daughter Lynna and husband Danny Brumley of Swartz Creek, daughter Deborah Dole of Fenton, and son James Dole of Fenton; grandchildren Patrick, Rachel and Katie Brumley and Sasha, Caleb, and Zachary Singleton; mother Nellie Bromley of Tennessee; brother Ron and wife Nancy Bromley of Kentucky; sister Carol and husband John Gotberg of Farmington Hills; and, several nieces and nephews.
