Gladys Mary OLIGER

OLIGER, Gladys Mary - Age 73, of Fenton, died May 26, 2011. Services will be held 12PM Saturday, May 28, 2011 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton. Pastor Jeff Switzer officiating. Burial will follow the service at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly. Visitation will be held Friday from 1-4 and 6-9 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM until time of service. Gladys was born January 5, 1938 in West Plains, MO the daughter of Walter and Rita (Sills) Spoor. In 1956 she married Ray Gene Oliger and he preceded her in death in 2007. Gladys worked as a teacher's aide in Flint and then for Freeman Supermarket in Holly as a clerk. Surviving are her two sons; Glenn and wife Kim Oliger of Fenton and Gary and wife Debbie Oliger of St. Helen; 3 grandchildren, Jonathan, Kayla and Logan Oliger; 3 brothers, Norman and Jo Spoor of Lapeer, LeRoy Spoor of Little Rock, AR, and Tommy and wife Darlene Spoor of Lanton, MO; sister Joyce and husband John Magguffe of West Plains, MO; several nieces and nephews.
