Gertrude Martha 'Trudy' Elliott

ELLIOTT, Gertrude Martha Trudy  Age 78, of  Fenton, died Wednesday, September 1, 2004 at Genesys Health Park. Funeral Services will be held 2 PM Saturday, September 4, 2004 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. Interment in Tyrone Memory Gardens. Visitation will be held 2-9 PM Friday. Those desiring may make contributions to the First Presbyterian Church of Fenton. Trudy was born January 2, 1926 in Jackson, MI, the daughter of Hugh and Ethel (Marsh) Turney. She was a graduate of Redford High School and Detroit Business College. She was married to William J. Elliott on April 18, 1952 in Detroit. She had resided in Fenton for many years. Trudy worked as a Decorator for Sears for many years. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Fenton and the Questers. Surviving are: husband, Bill; 4 children, Vicki and husband Dan ONeill of Lake Worth, FL, Susanne and husband Gordon Sanders of Fenton, Bill and wife Jeanette Elliott of Grand Blanc, John and wife Frances Elliott of Fenton; 6 grandchildren, Melissa, Lara, Adam, Erin, Brendan, Cailin.
