KALINOWSKI, Gerard Anthony "Gary" - Age 63, of Swartz Creek, died Thursday, July 5, 2018. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:30 AM Monday, July 9, 2018 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 9540 Duffield Road, Gaines. Fr. David Harvey celebrant. Visitation will be held at the church Monday from 9:30 AM until the time of Mass. Those desiring may make contributions to St. Joseph Catholic Church, Gaines or St. Mary Queen of Angels Catholic Church, Swartz Creek. Gary was born April 14, 1955 in Harvey, IL the son of Eugene and Victoria (Tomaszewski) Kalinowski. He married Linda Jo LaGreco October 28, 1978 in Harvey, IL. He had resided in Swartz Creek for the past 35 years coming from Harvey, IL. Gary retired from the U.S. Government as a Meat Inspector. He enjoyed golfing and watching sports on television. He also enjoyed going to Mass every Sunday. Surviving are: his wife, Linda; sons, Jeffrey of Florida and Vincent of Michigan; grandsons, Vincent and Dominick; brothers, Gene (Barbara) of Frankfort, IL, Chris of Crestwood, IL, Marty of Harvey, IL, and Greg of Crestwood, IL; sisters, Barbara Kalinowski of Crestwood, IL, Susie (Roy) Brody of Linden, Mary (Joe) Wizynajtys of Fenton, and Vicki Sexton of Fenton; and several nieces and nephews.
