Williams, Geraldine Lucille Darling Jake  Age 73, of Flint Township, died Saturday, July 16, 2005 in Lakeland, FL. Funeral mass will be celebrated 11:00 AM Thursday, July 21, 2005 at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 2415 Bagley St., Flint. Fr. Phillip Schmitter celebrant. Visitation will be held at Sharp Funeral Homes; Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek from 2-5 and 6-9 PM Wednesday; and at the church from 10 AM until time of service Thursday. Mrs. Williams was born September 1, 1931 in Flint, the daughter of Constance Lee and Lucille Sadie (Oswalt) Darling. She married Kenneth M. Williams September 2, 1950 in Angola, IN. She had lived in the Flint Area her entire life and has wintered in Lakeland, FL for the past 14 years. She retired from NBD (Bank One) Nov. 1, 1988 and was the first Senior Teller for the bank. She was a member of St. John Vianney Catholic Church, Flint and St. Joseph Catholic Church in Lakeland, FL. She was also a member Sweet Adelines, ABWA, Schalarmar Creek Golf Club, Lakeland, FL. Surviving are:  husband, Kenneth M; 3 children, Mike and wife Sue Williams of Fenton, Terri Lynn and husband Jim Williams of Flushing, Mark Williams of Lakeland, FL; 2 grandchildren, Kellie and husband Sean Austin of Reese and Meredith Williams of Kalamazoo; 5 great-grandchildren, Lauren, Morgan, Sean, C.J., Payten; brother, Robert and wife Velma Darling of Ft. Myers, FL; many nieces and nephews; special friends, Lynn, Tressa and others. She was preceded in death by her parents and grandson, Troy Williams.
