Geraldine Mcfadden

MCFADDEN, Geraldine Taylor - Age 79, of Flint, died June 11, 2014 at her residence. Services will be held 11 AM Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. The family will receive friends from 10 AM until the time of service. Geraldine was born April 18, 1935 in Memphis, TN, the daughter of William and Eleanor (Jackson) Noel. Geraldine always put Jehovah first. She was a beautiful person, mother, grandmother and was the core of her family. She worked as a beautician and belonged to the Woodlawn Park Jehovah's Witness Kingdom Hall. Surviving are: 5 children, Gail (John) Bamba, Gregory (Mary) Taylor, Douglas (Barbara) Taylor, Tyrome (Sherron) Taylor, Andre Taylor all of Flint and her beloved, Midnight; step-daughter, Marian McFadden and Godson, Preston (Georgia) Frank sister, Ruth (Freddie) Taylor of Memphis, TN; sister in law, Elizabeth Coffer of Flint; 20 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, William McFadden; son, Johnnie Taylor; brother, Willie Coffer. The family extends a special thank you to Gentiva Hospice.
