Gerald 'Jerry' Pollard

Pollard, Gerald 'Jerry'- Age 57, of Swartz Creek, died Monday, November 20, 2006 at Genesys Health Park. A memorial service will be held 1 PM Saturday, November 25 at VFW Post 822, G-5065 S. Saginaw Street, Grand Blanc Twp. A fellowship dinner will follow services at 2 PM at the VFW hall. Mr. Pollard was born November 4, 1949 in Flint, the son of Gerald W. and Grace E. (Gratsch) Pollard. He was employed by General Motors, Buick division as a Master Electrician, where he retired in February, 2006. He was also a member of VFW Auxiliary. He is survived by his son, Glenn Roy Pollard of Fenton; granddaughter, Kaitlyn Pollard of Fenton; mother, Grace Shaver of Swartz Creek; brother, David (Julie) Pollard of Swartz Creek; 3 nephews, Michael, Mathew, Marty; niece, Megan. He was preceded in death by his father, Gerald and brother, Rob. The family wishes to extend a special thanks to Dr. Naik, Dr. Bayassi, and the S.I.C.U. nurses at Genesys Health Park.
