Gerald John Robert Beauchamp

BEAUCHAMP, Gerald John Robert  age 62, of Swartz Creek, died Wednesday, May 25, 2005 at his residence. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Saturday, May 28, 2005 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek with Fr. Timothy Nelson officiating. Interment will follow at Bendle Cemetery. Visitation will be held 5-8 PM Thursday and 1-4 and 6-8 PM Friday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society. Gerald was born September 2, 1942 in Flint, the son of Amos Joseph and Doris Marie (Klein) Beauchamp. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corp. serving during Vietnam. Gerald married Sue Davis on October 13, 1989. He retired from Buick as an electrician with 34 years of service and was a member of U.A.W. Local 599. Gerald enjoyed woodworking and was a wonderful husband and loving father. Surviving are: wife, Sue of Swartz Creek; seven children, Merrie Ann Britt of TX, Cheryl and husband, Mark Keeley of Farmington, Kim Reed of Brooklyn, MI, Mary Hutchins of Farmington, Amiee Beauchamp of Lennon, Tony Tafoya, Andreah and husband, Mike Hayes, all of Swartz Creek; 15 grandchildren that he loved dearly; brother, Bob Beauchamp of Swartz Creek; sister, Loreen Nord of Fenton.
