MACK, Georgia Eva -- Age 96, of Swartz Creek, died July 21, 2010 at Birchwood Meadows, Flushing. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 10:30 AM Friday, July 23 at St. Mary Queen of Angels Catholic Church, Swartz Creek, Rev. Fr. Steven Mattson celebrant. Interment in St. Mary Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-9 PM Thursday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd. Swartz Creek, with a 7 PM Vigil service. On Friday family and friends will gather at the church, 9:30 AM until the time of mass. Georgia was born April 24, 1914 in Swartz Creek the daughter of Frank and Eva (Cupal) Sejak. She had resided in Swartz Creek all of her life and was a 1932 graduate of Mary Crapo High School. She married Matthew S. Mack on April 24, 1937 in Swartz Creek; he preceded her in death August 19, 1985. Mrs. Mack retired from GM - Fisher 1 in 1975 with 30 years of service. She was a lifelng member of St. Mary Queen of Angels Catholic Church; a member of the Mater Salvatoris Chapter 530 of the Daughters of Isabella, Swartz Creek Friendship Club, UAW Local 581, Swartz Creek Czechoslovakian Singers, and she was inolved in St. Mary's CCD program for many years. Surviving are her sons Francis (Christine) Mack of Lennon, Charles (Pat) Mack of New Hampshire, daughter Sharon (Louis) Kader of Columbiaville, 9 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 7 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; 4 brothers and 2 sisters; granddaughter Kathryn Mack; daughters-in-law Clara and Joan.
