BRIMLEY, Georgia Lou - Age 81, of Swartz Creek, died April 14, 2017. Services will be held 12 Noon Wednesday, April 19 at the Swartz Creek United Methodist Church, 7400 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Pastor Gary Glanville officiating. Visitation will be 9 AM - 12 Noon Wednesday at the church. Those desiring may make contributions to the church, American Heart Association or for Autism Awareness. Georgia was born February 4, 1936 in Burton Township the daughter of George and Esther (Vincent) Goodknecht. She was a graduate of Bendle High School. She retired as a Secretary for Swartz Creek Schools in 1998. She was a member of the Swartz Creek United Methodist Church. She was a past member of the Swartz Creek Jaycee-ettes and a Demolay Mom. Surviving are: four children, Roger (Ann), Walter (Wendy), Christine (Mark) Leech, Susan (Karl) VonBrockdorff; grandchildren, Shanna (Josh), Nathan, Brianne, Ashley, and Asher; step-grandchildren, Alex and Nichole Leech; great-grandchildren, Addison and Nolan; sister, Barbara Crickmore; brother, Ronald (Lou) Goodknecht.
