George F. Brown

BROWN,  George F., age 67 a resident of Mt. Morris Twp., died at home Sunday, January 8, 2006.  George was born in Flint on April 3, 1938 the son of Henry and Thelma (Thornsby) Brown and has been an area resident all his lifetime.  George retired from General Motors Corp. Chevrolet V-8 Engine plant after 31 years of service.  Surviving are two sons; Kirk (Teresa) Brown of Fenton, Terry (Denise) Brown of Mt. Morris.  One daughter Dawn (Joel) Compton of Macon, Georgia.  Also surviving are 14 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren He was preceded in death by his parents and a son, George F. brown, Jr.     Services will be 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, January 11, 2006 from Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd. (Just South of Hill Rd.). Burial will follow at Crestwood Memorial Cemetery.  Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 8 P.M. tonight and 10 A.M.
