Gayle A. LaFeldt

LaFELDT, Gayle Ann - Age 86, of Flint Township, passed away Wednesday, April 16, 2025. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, April 26, 2025 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek (The service will be live streamed and can be viewed below Gayle's obituary here). Visitation will be held at the funeral home Saturday, April 26, 2025 from 12:00 PM until the time of the service. Those desiring may make contributions to the Alzheimer's Association.

Gayle was born September 29, 1938 in Detroit, the daughter of Marvin and Ann (Bushwiet) Ferguson. She married John Henry LaFeldt June 21, 1958 in Flushing and he preceded her in death December 8, 2017. She had worked in Demonstrations at Sam's Club; and she also had been an Avon salesperson. She loved her place and friends at Timberline Campground's in Benzonia County, where she started the 4th of July Golf Cart Parade. She also enjoyed fishing, camping, ceramics, sewing and crocheting; and she loved her grand dogs.

Surviving are: her children, John (Kathy) LaFeldt of Punta Gorda, FL, Terry (Sue) LaFeldt of Montrose and Beth LaFeldt of Flint Township; grandsons, Chad (Julia) LaFeldt of New York and Mitchel LaFeldt of Flint; great grandchildren, Sloane and Noah; nephews, Jeff and Brian Presson. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Marvin and Ann Ferguston and sister, Claudia Presson. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
