KIPP, Gary Albert - age 87, of Linden, died May 15, 2021. Graveside services will be held 1 PM Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at Elk Township Cemetery in Peck, MI. Gary was born October 3, 1933 in Peck, MI, the son of Russell and Ruth (VanConant) Kipp. He married Mary Jean Haley on February 5, 1989. Gary was an industrial salesman, but his passion was being a private pilot. He was proud to fly both patients and organs for Life Line. Gary enjoyed EAA fly-ins and was an accomplished woodworker. He loved singing and playing multiple instruments. Surviving are: wife, Jean Kipp of Linden; three children, Diane (Rod) Lowes of Rapid City, MI, Bonnie (Sue) Kipp of Kalkaska, and Randy (Kimmy) Kipp of Imlay City; three step-sons, Kenneth (Tina) Reiter of Grand Blanc, Dave Reiter of Rochester, and Corey (June) Reiter of Cincinnati, OH; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; sister, Patricia (John) Brown of Elkhart, IN; brother, Robert (Olive) Kipp of Boise, ID. In lieu of flowers, those desiring to make memorial contributions to the flight training scholarship fund for the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) in his honor (https://www.eaa.org/eaa/apps/donations/donationform).
