Gary D. BURGESS

Burgess, Gary D., age 63, passed away Monday, April 25, 2011. Funeral services will be 11AM, Wednesday, April 27, 2011 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Grand Blanc Township. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4-8 PM at the funeral home. Interment will be in Crestwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers those desiring may make memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society or Genesee County Association for Retarded Citizens. Gary was born in Grand Blanc the son of Earl and Onalee (Storms) Burgess. He was one of the first students to attend Genesee County Association for Retarded Citizens which his parents help found. Surviving are sister, Beverly Perry of Harrison, brother, Douglas (Diane) Burgess of Brand Blanc, several nieces and nephews.
