ARNOLD, Gary M. - Age 41, of Flint, died October 29, 2014. Funeral services will be held 1 PM Sunday, November 2 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Dr. Rhashell Hunter officiating. Visitation will be 2-8 PM Saturday, 12-1 PM Sunday. Those desiring may make contributions to the Genesee County Humane Society. Gary was born June 29, 1973 in Beaufort, South Carolina. He was a 1991 graduate of Flushing High School where he had played Hockey. He was employed by Rush Trucking. He married Katie Bryant on October 8, 2011. Gary loved to golf, watch sports, and MSU. He enjoyed working in his garden, and remodeling his house. He loved to shop and gave the most thoughtful gifts. Surviving are: his wife Katie; their dog Bella; parents, Sue and Jim Sprague; parents-in-law, Jim and Sue Bryant; step-siblings, Scott and Shelly Crane, Jim and Shannon Sprague, Elizabeth Jackman; great-aunt and uncle, Jerry and Lou Horn; brothers-in-law, Kyle and Ramsey Bryant, Korey Bryant and Gina White; former step-father, Larry Chopp; many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, and nieces; good friends, Chris and Mileah Hoffman.
