STROM, Gail Lorraine (Hagerman) - 73, of Fenton, died Sunday, November 30, 2008 at Cleveland Clinic. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Friday, December 5, 2008 at First Presbyterian Church of Fenton, 503 S. Leroy St., Fenton with Pastor Dale Swihart officiating. Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery, Fenton. Visitation will held 7-9 PM Wednesday and 2-5 & 7-9 PM Thursday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the First Presbyterian Church of Fenton. Mrs. Strom was born April 23, 1935 in Fenton, the daughter of Ray and Mildred (Stocking) Hagerman. She was a graduate of Fenton High School and married Robert R. Strom on October 10, 1954. Mrs. Strom resided in Fenton her entire life. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Fenton where she served as a Deacon and Elder. She enjoyed camping, traveling, their cabin on Lake Huron, but most of all enjoyed her grandchildren. Surviving are: husband, Robert R. Strom; four sons, Stephen and wife, Valerie of Flushing, David of St. Augustine, FL, Bradley and wife, Debbie of Canton, GA, Daniel and wife, Robin of Weaverville, NC; 11 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; three brothers, Cline Hagerman and wife, Judy of CO, Dale Hagerman and wife, Jan of Fenton, Glenn Hagerman of WA; sister, Leone Meier of Byron; sister-in-law, Ruth Hagerman; brother-in-law, Ken Speed; many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by: her parents; two brothers, Ross and Elwood Hagerman; sister, Dawn Speed. Friends may share an online tribute on the obituaries page of www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
