Gail Meserve

MESERVE, Gail Marie- Age 67, of Swartz Creek, died November 3, 2021.Arrangements provided by  Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek.  Gail was born October 9, 1954 in Newark, New Jersey, the  daughter of the late Edward Henry and Elizabeth (Lopez) Gramiak. She married Martin Meserve on April 20, 1974 in Iselin, New Jersey.  Gail spent her life helping others. For many years, she volunteered at the food bank, was the lead coordinator for hospital therapy dogs, and was a certified trainer for therapy dogs for soldiers returning from war with PTSD. Gail and her husband owned a horse ranch where they enjoyed boarding and training horses and being surrounded by animals. She was an active member of her Catholic church all her life and loved spending time with her family. Surviving are: husband of 47 years, Martin Edward Meserve of Swartz Creek; son, Daniel Martin Meserve of Waterford, MI; daughter, Melissa Victoria (and her husband, Robert) Adams of Tucson, AZ; grandchildren, Samantha Rose Meserve, Ethan Andrew Davenport, Gideon James Davenport, Aurora Lynn Davenport, Aubrey Mae Davenport, and David Kennith Adams. She is also survived by her sister, Joyce (and her husband, Doug) Sebesky of PA; nieces Lisa (and her husband, Christopher) LaPorte of PA, Kristen (Robert) Sebesky of PA; great nephews and nieces Brendan, Alex, and Julia.
