It is with deep sadness that we announce the untimely passing of Gabriel Richard Trujillo, a beloved son, brother, fiancé, and friend. Gabriel's journey in this world began on March 4, 1992, and tragically came to an end in June 2023, leaving a void in the hearts of all who knew him. Gabriel was preceded in death by his loving mother, Gloria Trujillo, whose warmth and guidance shaped the person he became. Gabriel leaves behind his devoted father, Anthony Trujillo, who provided unwavering support throughout his life's adventures. Gabriel was a beloved brother to Anthony Trujillo Jr., Mario Trujillo, John M. Oros, Valerie Revier, and Kimberly Roberts. Together, they shared an unbreakable sibling bond filled with laughter, love, and support. Beyond his immediate family, Gabriel leaves behind his fiancé, Roxy Cruz-de Hoyos, who stood by his side through thick and thin. Their love was a testament to the power of commitment and partnership. Gabriel had a passion for nature and culture and a relentless drive for science. His deep appreciation for the natural world guided him to explore the wonders of the outdoors. He found solace in the beauty of nature, always eager to learn and protect the environment he held so dear. Gabriel's love for culture was infectious, and he immersed himself in learning about different traditions and customs, always seeking to broaden his understanding of the world. Gabe’s vibrant spirit and compassionate nature leave an indelible mark on the lives of all fortunate to know him. As we grieve his loss, let us celebrate the memories he gifted us and carry his legacy forward, embodying the same passion for life that he held so dearly. May Gabriel find eternal peace in the embrace of his mother, and may his family and friends find solace in the love and support they share during this difficult time.
