Frederick Cole

COLE, Frederick "Bud" William - age 89, of Linden, died Monday, July 23, 2018. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Thursday, July 26, 2018 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St., Linden. Interment will follow at Flint Memorial Park. Visitation will be held 6-8 PM Tuesday and 2-4 and 6-8 PM Wednesday at the funeral home. Bud was born October 22, 1928 in Linden, the son of Frederick and Bessie (Benoit) Cole. He married Genevieve Smith and she preceded him in death on October 21, 2011. Bud was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and retired from GM - Chevy in the hole after 36 years of service. Surviving are: two daughters, Paulette and Peggy (Edward) Garber; son, Michael; grandchildren, Thomas (Amy), Michelle, Jeffrey (Ange), Keith (Kim), Emily, Rebecca (Todd), Tracy (Candice); great-grandchildren, Mariah, Madelyn, MaKayla, Josh, Natalye, Tycen, Avery, and Parker.
