Fred Lafleur Jr.

LAFLEUR, Fred Jr.-- Age 89 of Flint died January 15, 2016. Services will be held 2PM Tuesday January 19 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint. Visitation will be held 11 AM until time of service on Tuesday. Fred was born July 5, 1926 in Flint the son of Fred and Doris (Honish) LaFleur Sr. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Navy serving in WWII. He married Elizabeth Smith on August 31, 1954. Fred was employed at Chevrolet Truck and Bus retiring after 30 years of service. He is survived by his wife Elizabeth of Flint; 4 children, Charles (Carmela) Killinger of Florida, Renea LaFleur of Flint, Mark LaFleur of Flint, ChaneTell (William) Kotarski of Flint; 4 grandchildren, Charles and Keith Killinger, Nick and Danny LaFleur; great grandchildren, Noah, Lila, Eddie, Jake , Daniel Jr, Brady, Elijah, Wyatt, Jackson and Nicholas Jr. He was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Jean and Mae.
