Franklin Steffey

STEFFEY, Franklin Charles "Frank" - Age 90, of Flushing, went to be with his "Pat", Tuesday, February 17, 2015. Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, April 9, 2015 at Great Lakes National Cemetery, 4200 Belford Road, Holly. Those desiring may make contribution to Heart to Heart Hospice or The Pines of Goodrich. Frank was born March 2, 1924 in Pontiac the son of Franklyn A. and Gladys R. (Zimmerman) Steffey. He was a veteran of WWII serving in the U.S. Army. He married Patronella "Pat" Leach November 16, 1946 in Flint and she preceded him in death October 12, 2014. He had been employed by Hall's Roofing and Siding for many years. Frank had resided in Flushing for the past 42 years coming from Flint. Surviving are: daughter, Peggy and husband Mike Brelinski of Goodrich; grandchildren, Michael, Matthew, and DeAnna. Online tributes may be posted on the obituaries page at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
