KINGEN, Frank "John" Juan Jr - Age 76, of Burton, died Tuesday July 13, 2021 at Saginaw VA Medical Center. Funeral services will be held 12PM Monday July 19, at Russellville Community Wesleyan Church, 7500 E. Coldwater Road, Davison. Pastor Gary Beecher officiating. Burial will follow in Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly. Visitation will be held 4:30PM - 8:00PM Sunday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Those desiring may make contributions to Russellville Community Wesleyan Church. John was born November 1, 1944 in Pensacola, Florida the son of Frank and Rhoda (Glover) Kingen. He married Judith Deising in Sterling Heights on December 27, 1976. John proudly served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He retired from General Motors V-8 Plant with 26 years of service. John enjoyed talking about JESUS, watching movies, repairing computers and especially spending time with family. Surviving are: wife, Judith Kingen of Burton; children, Justina Moore of CT, Jonathan (Shawn) Kingen of Swartz Creek, Jerissa (Joseph) Mathews of Burton, Michael Kingen of OK, Sherri Kingen of AK; grandchildren, Aryanna, Chloe, Aria, Xavier, Tyler, Gavin, Maddison, Jack, Gabrielle; brother, Daniel (Brenda) Kingen of TN, Marcia (Ric) Sargent of Flint. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Rhoda Kingen; siblings, Dianne Gannon, Jack Kingen, Debbie Kingen and Bill Kingen. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
