Francis Robinson

ROBINSON, Francis Jerome - Age 83, of Fenton, died November 9, 2017. Mass will be celebrated 11 AM Monday, November 13 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide St., Fenton, Fr. Robert Copeland celebrant. Interment in Tyrone Memory Gardens, Fenton. Visiting will be 10-11 AM Monday at the church. Those desiring may make contributions to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Francis was born May 8, 1934 in Parshallville, MI, the son of Leon and Elizabeth (Winzer) Robinson. He was married to Elizabeth Balg on August 1, 1959. Francis was the Proprietor of Burton Diesel in Burton, MI. He was a member of Holly Cloud Hoppers. Francis enjoyed RC model planes and dirt bike riding. He had an infectious laugh and smile. Surviving are: beloved wife of 58 years, Elizabeth; 3 children, David (Deirdre) of Paris, MI, James (Lisa) of Brighton, and John (Beth) of Wando, SC; 6 grandchildren, Bradley, Erica, Emma, Liam, Maeve, and Andrew; sister, Joanne Robinson; brothers, Daniel Robinson and Ronald Robinson.
