Frances "Lorraine" Sordyl

SORDYL, Frances "Lorraine" - Age 86, of Holly, passed away Friday, September 6, 2024. A graveside service will be held 1:30 PM Thursday, September 26, 2024 at New Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Flint. 

Lorraine was born July 9, 1938 in Flint, the daughter of Frank Anthony and Bernadine Pauline (Jowarski) Kroska. She was a 1956 graduate of St. Agnes Catholic High School. She married Raymond Edwin Sordyl June 1, 1957 in Flint and he preceded her in death July 11, 1923. She retired in 2013 from Sally's Gift after 14 years of service. She had resided in Holly for the past 21 years. 

Surviving are: her sons, Larry (Christine) Sordyl of Fenton and Jeffery Sordyl of Holly. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Bernadine Kroska. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
