Frances Wanda JEWELL

JEWELL, Frances Wanda - age 89, of Gaines, died Monday, November 9, 2009 at her residence. Visitation will be held 11 AM Thursday, November 12, 2009 followed by the funeral service at 2 PM at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Interment will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Gaines. Visitation will be held 11 AM until the time of service on Thursday. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to St. Joseph Catholic Church in Gaines. Mrs. Jewell was born June 15, 1920 in St. Johns, MI, the daughter of Joseph and Pauline (Warner) Domanski. She married Henry M. Jewell in 1940. Surviving are: four children, Gordon and Madeline Jewell, Robert Michael and Ruby Jewell, Judith and Robert Cutler, John and Tamarah Jewell; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; special neighbor, Shirley Burton. She was also preceded in death by: her husband, Henry M. Jewell on February 19, 1995; son, David Jewell and granddaughter, Debra Jewell.
