WEST, Evelyn M. - Age 72, of Linden, died Monday, August 31, 2009 at her residence. Funeral services will be held 10 AM Friday, September 4, 2009 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St., Linden. Rev. Donald Neuville will officiate. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be held 3-6 PM Thursday. Evelyn was born October 26, 1936 in Detroit and had resided in Linden her entire life. She was a 1955 graduate of Linden High School and worked at Linden High School for 15 years. She was married to Edwin E. West on September 18, 1959; he preceded her in death on June 27, 1999. Surviving are: two brothers.
