Evelyn Smith

SMITH, Evelyn H. -age 93, of Durand, formerly of Linden, passed away on May 1, 2014. A memorial gathering will be held at a later date. Those desiring may make contributions to the American Cancer Society. Mrs. Smith was born on January 3, 1921 in Hillsdale County, the daughter of Thomas and Edna (Allen) Risk. She loved to play Bridge and enjoyed the 18 years she spent at Paradise Park in Harlingen, TX. Evelyn is survived by husband, Clem; children, Mary (Bob) Bills, Carol (Dwight) Polzin, Katherine (Larry) Wykes, Roger Smith; 13 grandchildren; 19 great-grand children; 3 great-great grandchildren.
