Evelyn Richardson

RICHARDSON, Evelyn Larine - age 89 of Linden/Deerfield Twp., died Friday, May 11, 2007. Services will be held 11 AM Tuesday, May 15, 2007 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St. Linden. Interment will follow at Sharp Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 2-8 PM Monday at the funeral home. Mrs. Richardson was born November 2, 1917 in Flint, the daughter of Joseph and Sarah (Roome) Wickenhiser. She married Harold Robert Richardson on July 27, 1946 and he preceded her in death on September 20, 2003. Mrs. Richardson had resided in Deerfield Twp for 61 years living on the family farm. She enjoyed being a seamstress, 4H leader and caring for her family. Surviving are: three daughters, Carolyn Howitt, Shirley Sage, Barb and husband, Les Mathews; six grandchildren, Tina, Kelly, Matt, Mike, Jenny and Levi; six great-grandchildren; brother, Lee Wickenhiser; five sisters, Kate Kessler, Elizabeth Libby, Lucille Reynolds, Betty Bradburn and Frances Stickler; many nieces and nephews also survive.
