Evelyn HICKERSON

HICKERSON, Evelyn Kathleen age 81, died Friday, May 1, 2009 at Genesys Health Park. She was born February 7, 1928 in Tennessee. Evelyn was a loving mother and great friend and a long standing member of the Burton Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 3814. She is survived by her closest and dearest friend, Robert Crumb, who was always there for her. Her son, Gilbert (Ray) Floyd; two granddaughters, Michele Jackette and husband John; Jennifer Wharram and husband Rob.; three great-granddaughters, Jade Jackette, Jordan and Reese Wharram of Grand Blanc; sister-in-law, Polka Warner along with many friends. She was preceeded in death by her father, Emil Warner and mother, Essie Bunker, a sister Betty Lindsley and a brother, Harold Warner, her husband, Roy Hickerson and "Patchy" her kitty. There will be a memorial dinner in her honor for friends and family at the Burton Fraternal Order of EaglesAerie 3814, 3317 E. Briston Rd. on Sunday, May 17, 2009 at 1:00 P.M.
