DOYEL, Evelyn Ruth - age 70, of Flint, died Wednesday, December 10, 2014. Services will be held 10 AM Saturday, December 13, 2014 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint with Mr. Gary Turner officiating, Entombment will follow at Crestwood Memorial Cemetery Mausoleum. Visitation will be held 5-9 PM Thursday, 12-4 and 6-9 PM Friday and 9 AM - 10 AM Saturday at the funeral home. Ms. Doyel was born February 13, 1944 in Trenton, MI, the daughter of Alvin and Louise (Tucker) Doyel. She was a member of Bristol Road Church of Christ. Surviving are: 3 sons, Matthew (Susanne) Byers of Crystal Falls, MI, Kenneth (Mary) Byers of Luzerne, MI, Eugene (Michelle) Byers of Burton; 13 grandchildren, Christina (Nathan), Alissa (Nigel), Jeremiah, Rebekah, Jonah, Gabriella, Elijah, Casey (Ashley), Autumn (Clint), Katie, Nathan, Tori and Gabriella; 9 great-grandchildren, Seamus, Brooklynn, Harper, Lilyana, Greyson, Elliot, Gavin, Fletcher, and Nathan; 4 siblings, Ernest (Carol) Doyel of Mt. Morris, Rose Mary (Roy) Nelson of Ludington, Margaret (Paul) Willetts of Battle Creek, Paul (Sandy) Doyel of TX; three half siblings, Judy, Tim and Beth; three step-siblings, Homer, Tom and Mona; dear friend, Brenda Wilcox; close neighbor and friend, Tom Murphy.
