Eugene W. Magiera

Magiera, Eugene W., age 83, of Swartz Creek. passed away Saturday, July 16, 2011. Mass of the Christian Burial will be 11AM Thursday, July 21, 2011 at St. Mary Queen of Angels Catholic Church, 4413 Morrish Road, Swartz Creek. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek, with a Vigil services at 7PM. Eugene was born in Flint the son of Frank and Mary (Pultorak) Magiera. He married Mae Sharpe October 29, 1955. He was a graduate of All Saints High School, retired from GMSPO after 36 years of service, was a veteran of the US Air Force, and a member of St. Marys Queen of Angels Catholic Church. Survivors include his wife Mae, sons, Tom Magiera, Matt (Sherri) Magiera, daughters, Julie (Al) Green, Jayne (Ron) Mann, 6 grandchildren, 3 step granddaughters, 3 great grandchildren, 2 sisters, Cas Harchick, Phyllis (Ken) Stempien, brother Steve (Pearl) Magiera, many nieces and nephews.
