Ethelyn Mae STEVENS

STEVENS, Ethelyn Mae - Age 85, of Linden, died April 8, 2012. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Thursday, April 12, 2012 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St., Linden. Burial will follow in Crestwood Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11 AM until the time of service. Those desiring may make contributions to Disabled American Veterans. Ethelyn was born February 3, 1927 in Flint, the daughter of Homer and Nettie Mae (LaFever) Hale. She was married to Calvin J. Stevens; he preceded her in death in 1991. Mrs. Stevens enjoyed working at the Hayloft Market. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and aunt. Surviving are: children, Richard J. and wife Cathy Stevens, Michael C. Stevens, Diane Lakies, Rodney A. and wife Angel Stevens; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews, including special niece, Kathy and husband Dale Burton; sisters-in-law, Peggy Stevens and Jean Hawley; special friend, Ray Safa and family.
