WOLLIN, Esther Anna - Age 93, of Linden, died Tuesday, October 12, 2004 at Crestmont Nursing Care Facility. Funeral service will be held 7PM Thursday, October 14, 2004 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Rd. Fenton. Rev. Donald Neuville officiating and 11AM Friday at Moravian Church, 2711 Cast St., Unionville, Rev. Glenn Heintzelman officiating. Burial will be in Unionville Cemetery in Unionville. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 3PM until the time of service on Thursday. Those desiring may make contributions to the Linden Presbyterian Church, Linden United Methodist Church or The Moravian of Unionville. Mrs. Wollin was born on January 22, 1911 in Jefferson County, WI, she was the daughter of John and Laura (Witte) Piper. She had resided in Linden since 1978. She married Clarence Wollin on September 25, 1943 in Watertown, WI and he preceded her in death June 8, 2000. Mrs. Wollin was a graduate of Watertown High School and Spencer Business College in Wisconsin. She had been a member of Moravian Church in Unionville, attended Linden Presbyterian Church, was active in the Methodist Womens Group at Linden United Methodist Church and also actively worked beside her husband Rev. Clarence Wollin who served in many churches. She is survived by three children, Carl Wollin of Fenton, Ruth Wollin of Ann Arbor, Eunice Brady and fiance Wallace W. Crockett of Traverse City; sister, Olive Long of Hansen, Idaho; brother, Arden Piper of Lake Mills, WI; grandchildren, Timothy (Molly) Wollin, Jennifer (Paul) Swaney, Ben Brady, Amanda Atherton and two great-grandsons, Joseph and Jacob Wollin.
