Esther Juanita MOORE

MOORE, Esther Juanita (Ware) - age 83, of Flint Twp., passed away Thursday, December 16, 2010 at McLaren Regional Medical Center. Funeral mass will be celebrated 11 AM Tuesday, December 21, 2010 at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 3139 Hogarth Ave., Flint, MI with Rev. Fr. Robert Copeland celebrant. Interment will follow at New Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held 2-4 and 5-9 PM Sunday and Monday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek where a rosary will be prayed at 6 PM Monday evening. Juanita was born January 2, 1927 in Perkins, MO, the youngest of 6 children to the late Joseph and Fanny (Forrester) Ware. The family later moved to Flint. Juanita graduated from Flint Central High School. On October 2, 1948 Juanita married Edward Moore at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church in Burton. They moved to Flint Twp. where they lived for 60 plus years. Born to this union were children: Janice (Tom) Warner, Mary (Jim) Nicolai, Robert, Diane (late Dennis) Provost and Michael. There are 13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Juanita was preceded in death by her parents; brother and sisters, Gladys Ware, Virgie Dowler, Judy DeNoma, Christina Dillinger, Joe Ware, Jr.; son-in-law, Dennis Provost; in-laws, Ed and Rhea Moore.
