Erwin Cook

COOK, Erwin "Leroy" - age 60, of Flint, passed away on February 16, 2017. No formal services will be held. Visitation will be held 4-9 PM Tuesday, February 21 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Flint. Those desiring may make contributions to the Erwin Cook Memorial Fund. Leroy was born in Flint on September 21, 1956 and graduated from Carman Ainsworth High School then went on to marry his sweetheart Elizabeth A. Cook (Bradow) on August 12, 1977; they were married 39 years. Leroy worked as a maintenance man for over 30 years. He enjoyed John Wayne movies and had a passion for traveling North to hunt and fish with his family. Leroy is survived by his wife Liz; children, Jeremy Cook, Jesse (Robin) Cook, Joshua (Tiffany) Cook, Jamie (Mike) Riffe; sisters, Debbie Sears and Bonnie Turner; nine grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
