Ervin Walls

WALLS, Ervin - Age 87, of Swartz Creek, died Monday, May 2, 2022.  Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Friday, May 6, 2022 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek (A live stream of the service will be available on Ervin's obituary page at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com).   Burial in Flint Memorial Park, Mt. Morris.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home Thursday from 4-8 PM.

Ervin was born June 15, 1934 in Osceola, AR, the son of Doffis and Pearl (Webb) Walls.  He married Ione H. Wahlfors February 19, 1972 in Flint and she preceded him in death August 7, 2020.  He had resided in Swartz Creek for the past 50 years coming from Flint.  Ervin retired from GM-Service Parts Operations.  He was a member of the U.A.W Local 659. He also was a member of the Swartz Creek American Legion and the Burton Fraternal Order of Eagles Aeries #3814.  He enjoyed playing euchre and poker and going to deer camp.

Surviving are: his daughters, Anneta "Ann" (Peter) Chapman of Traverse City and Michelle (Jamie) Boven of Grand Blanc; step children, Gregory (Angie) Nowosielski of Florida, Joetta Brady of Flint, Mark Nowosielski of Montana, Rodney Nowosielski of Swartz Creek, Terry Nowosielski of Flint, and LaSondra Nowosielski of Grand Blanc; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Shirley Finley of Florida; brother, Everett (May) Walls of Arizona; and several nieces and nephews.
