Ermalee JENNINGS

JENNINGS, Ermalee (CAMPBELL) - age 87, of Flint, peacefully went to be with the Lord on Monday, September 17, 2012 at Genesys Health Park. Services will be held 11 AM Saturday, September 22, 2012 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint with Pastor Richard Williams officiating. Interment will follow at Crestwood Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be held 4-8 PM Friday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to Heritage Baptist Church, 402 North East Street Fenton, MI 48430. Ermalee was born November 22, 1924 in Martins Ferry, OH, the daughter of David Miles and Elizabeth (MacAbee) Higgins. She married John P. Campbell in 1942 and he preceded her in death. She married Edgar Paul Jennings on March 17, 1972 and he preceded her in death October 1983. Mrs. Jennings retired from Genesee Memorial Hospital. Surviving are: four children, Paul C. Campbell of Albion, PA, Joyce E. (Clyde) Koontz of Fenton, David L. (Connie) Campbell of Fontana, CA, Martin L. Campbell of Flint; nine grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; three great great-grandchildren; sister, Doris (George) Victor of Seymour, MO. She was preceded by her parents and sister, Mabel Tieken.
