DAGENAIS, Erin Jordan - Age 22, of Fenton, died Tuesday, January 5, 2016. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00 AM Saturday, January 9, 2016 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, 600 N. Adelaide St. Fenton. Fr. David Harvey celebrant. Burial immediately following in St. John Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Sharp Funeral Homes, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton Friday from 2-8 PM and at church Saturday from 10:00 AM until the time of service. Contributions may be made to the Phi Sigma Sigma Scholarship Fund at U of M Flint for a scholarship to be developed in memory of Erin and her dedication to and love for her sorority. Those desiring may also make contributions the Trail's Edge Camp for Ventilator Dependent Children at Mott's Children Hospital through the University of Michigan Health System or the Alternative Spring Break Program at U of M Flint. All three of these organizations were near and dear to Erin's heart. Erin was born May 25, 1993 in Flint the daughter of Paul and Susan (Jordan) Dagenais. She was a 2011 graduate of Fenton High School and was a senior at the University of Michigan Flint where she was due to graduate in May 2016 with both a Bachelor's Degree in French and Linguistics Combined and Spanish. Her desire was to become a translator. She was a proud member of Phi Sigma Sigma Sorority where she wholeheartedly engaged in mentoring her sorority sisters, volunteering on campus and beyond in a wide range of service projects. Surviving are her parents, Paul and Susan Dagenais of Fenton; siblings, Jordan, Madison and Parker; grandparents, Ray and Diane Dagenais of Fenton; many loving extended family members; her sisters at Phi Sigma Sigma at U of M Flint, special note to her Little's, Kristen, Rachel, and Kaitlyn and Grand Little's Courtney and Amanda. Not to be forgotten are beloved pets Woody, Bug and, Fuzz D whose pictures filled her phone and Facebook page. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Patricia (1996) and Larry (2015) Jordan; and brother, Connor Mathew Dagenais (1997).
