Enrique Rojas

ROJAS, Enrique -- Age 88, of Englewood FL, formerly of Grand Blanc, died July 13, 2020. Private services will be held with interment at Flint Memorial Park, Mt. Morris. Arrangements are being handled by Sharp Funeral Homes and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Grand Blanc. Those desiring may make contributions to St. George Orthodox Church. Enrique was born November 28, 1931 in Santiago, Chile the son of Alvaro and Genoveva (Figuero) Rojas. He married Aida Richmawi on March 25, 1955 in Santiago, Chile. She preceded him in death on August 6, 2010. He came to the U.S from Chile in 1968. Enrique was employed by General Motors at Fisher Body. After retirement he and his wife owned and operated Aida's Mid-East Restaurant in Flint. He is survived by his son, Enrique "Kike" Rojas of Englewood FL; grandson, Enrique "Eric"(Kristina) Rojas of Grand Blanc; granddaughter, Dr. Vanessa Rojas of New York; great grandson, Devin Rojas; great granddaughter, Izabell Rojas; daughter, Pamela Rojas Oyarzun, and her sons, Francisco Martinez Rojas and Nicholas Martinez Rojas both of Santiago, Chile.
