WALDEN, Emma Rebecca - Age 79, of Flint, died Monday, September 27, 2010 at Genesys Health Park. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, September 29, 2010 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek, with Pastor Jim Nelson officiating. Burial in Flint Memorial Park, Mt. Morris. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Wednesday from 10:00 AM until time of service. Mrs. Walden was born November 10, 1930 in Marion, NC, the daughter of Jerry Alanzo and Louise Easter (Harris) Hensley. She married Walter Morris Walden June 2, 1962 in Flint and he preceded her in death January 20, 2010. Surviving are: daughter, Rebecca and husband Lynn Clubb; grandson, Andrew Clubb; granddaughter, Jennifer and husband Danny Nemer all of Swartz Creek; 4 great grandchildren, Samantha, Danielle, Nicole and Jadelyn; 3 sisters, Ruby, Rose Ann and Jeri; brother, Ray; several nieces and nephews.
