Tyler, Ella Mae - Age 83, of Durand, formerly of Gaines, died January 11, 2018. A private burial will be held. Visitation will be Monday, January 15 from 3PM-5PM at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Ella was born on August 15, 1934 in Paragould, Arkansas to Thomas and Mary Alice (Skaggs) Byrd. Surviving are her mother; Mary Alice Walters; children, Dennis (Charlene) Comstock, Rita Miller, Richard (Charlene) Comstock and Linda Scrivener; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother, James Gary (Joyce) Walters. She was preceded in death by her father, brother, Hafford Kelly Walters; husband, James Comstock; husband, Ramon Tyler. Tributes may be shared at sharpfuneralhomes.com.
