Elizabeth "Donna" Desonia

DeSONIA, Elizabeth "Donna" - Age 78, of Linden, passed away September 8, 2022. Funeral services will be held 11AM Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St., Linden. Visitation will be held 6-8 PM Monday. Those desiring may make contributions to the Lewy Body Dementia Association. Elizabeth was born November 18, 1943 in Detroit, the daughter of William and Joan (Klink) Donner. She was a 1961 graduate of Redford Union High School. Elizabeth retired from the Ann Arbor Police Department in 2001. She was married to Richard DeSonia on October 6, 2001. Elizabeth enjoyed crocheting, knitting, cooking and spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband, Richard; children, Teresa Barnard, Laura (Daniel) Hodgins, Michael (Angela) Barnard and Joann Krouse; 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren; sisters, Joann Hart, Robyn (Chuck) Boetsch, Rita (Michael) Ray.
