Elizabeth Rayburn

RAYBURN, Elizabeth Alta - Age 92, of Flint, died Thursday, October 1, 2020. A graveside service will be held 2PM Monday October 5, at Bendle Cemetery, 9385 Beecher Road, Flushing. In lieu of flowers those desiring may make contributions to Insight. Arrangements provided by Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Elizabeth was born September 26, 1928 in Flushing, the daughter of Leonard and Evelyn (Hammond) Stephens. She retired from D &C Builders with 50 years of service. Elizabeth enjoyed reading, shopping, traveling and spending time with her grandchildren. Surviving are: children, Ronald (Charlene) Rayburn of New Baltimore, Mark (Tracey) Rayburn of Lake, MI, Phyllis ( Danny) Sanchez of Flint; grandchildren, Ronnie, Linda, Jeremy, Leif, Andria, Savanna, Tyler; great grandchildren, Evan, Callista, Emilyn, Kristen, Faith, Sophia and Justin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Elizabeth was preceded in death by long time companion, Norman Cecil Jenkins; daughter, Linda Rayburn; grandson, Kevin Hall; brothers, Oscar Stephens and Les Stephens and sisters, Dorothy Bigelow and Mildred Carpenter.
