Elizabeth Jozsa

JOZSA, Elizabeth A. - age 102, of Flint, died Saturday, October 24, 2015 at her residence. Funeral mass will be celebrated 11 AM Thursday, October 29, 2015 at St. Mary Queen of Angels Catholic Church, 4413 Morrish Rd., Swartz Creek with Fr. Louis Ekka celebrant. Interment will follow at Flint Memorial Park. Visitation will be held 3-7 PM Wednesday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Humane Society or a charity of one's choice. Mrs. Jozsa was born May 12, 1913 in Saginaw, the daughter of Louis and Theresa Forro. Elizabeth worked at AC for 10 years before marrying Ernest A. Jozsa on June 21, 1941. He preceded her in death March 12, 2005. Mrs. Jozsa was a member of St. Mary Queen of Angels Catholic Church. She enjoyed gardening, reading and getting together with family. She is survived by daughter, Geraldine Erwin. She was preceded in death by: her husband; sister, Irene Hinds; brother, Louis Forro; brother-in-law, Robert Jozsa.
